25 September 2025 – The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between Koridor Utiliti Melaka Sdn Bhd and NKS Development Sdn Bhd took place at the Cenderawasih Main Meeting Room, Mcorp.
The MoU was signed by YBrs. Tn Ismael bin Hamdan, Chief Executive Officer of Koridor Utiliti Melaka Sdn Bhd, alongside Dato’ Ngoh Chun How, Managing Director of NKS Development Sdn Bhd.
The ceremony was witnessed by YB Datuk Haji Rais Bin Datuk Wira Haji Yasin, Senior Exco of the Melaka State Government.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) serves as a platform for strategic cooperation and is expected to unlock further collaborative opportunities in utility infrastructure development within the State of Melaka, while supporting the state’s agenda toward sustainable development. With the support of state developers, we can move forward as a unified team to accelerate the development process and transform Melaka into a Smart City.
